Getting started
Which casino should I register with first?
Mega Bonanza holds the highest rating: 1x wagering, 50 free coins and the shortest measured payout. For players 21 and over who want the largest free package, Stake.us is the alternative.
How many casinos can I use?
Any number. Each issues its own free coins, so many players maintain two or three accounts and collect daily bonuses at each.
Is a payment card needed to register?
No. Registration requires name, date of birth, email and state. Payment details are only requested if you choose to buy Gold Coins.
My free coins have not appeared.
Usually the email or phone confirmation is incomplete. Check your spam folder, then the casino’s bonus or rewards section.
Play
Currencies, games and limits
Which currency should I use?
Sweepstakes Coins if a prize is the objective. Gold Coins for play only. Each game has a switch between the two.
Can I lose real money?
Only money you choose to spend on Gold Coin bundles. Free coins cost nothing and no debt to a sweepstakes casino is possible.
Can I set a spending limit?
Most casinos allow a daily or weekly purchase cap in account settings. See responsible play.
Which casinos offer live dealer games?
Stake.us, Modo.us and RealPrize among others. Slot focused sites such as LuckyLand do not.
Redemption
Prizes and payment
How long does a redemption take?
Between seven hours and three days in our measurements. The payout times page lists all eighteen.
What is the minimum redemption?
Usually 50 Sweepstakes Coins. Chumba, LuckyLand and ThrillCoins require 100. Fortune Coins uses its own currency with a 1,200 Fortune Coin minimum.
Why is identity verification required?
Sweepstakes law requires the casino to confirm you are an adult in a permitted state before paying a prize. It was a one time check at every casino we tested.
Can prizes be paid as gift cards?
Yes, most casinos offer gift cards as well as bank transfer. Gift cards are often faster.
This site
Funding and updates
Do casinos pay for ratings?
No. We do not earn affiliate commissions, links carry no tracking code and no casino can influence a rating. The site is funded by its owner, OMD AS.
How often are ratings updated?
Every casino is retested at the start of each month. The date appears in the footer.
How do I report an error?
Use the contact page. Every report is checked and the page corrected if we were wrong.
